School Activities
1st Touch Football Academy are becoming more active in the Primary and Junior Schools sector and we are able to deliver PPA cover,
delivering not only football sessions but also a range of multi sport activities and games where we coach key skills in Tennis, Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Athletics and Netball. We are also
able to run after school clubs outside of the school curriculum but taking place on the school grounds.
The emphasis, during these sessions, will be on learning whilst having fun. Sessions will be age appropriate and designed to develop the
players technical skills whilst also improving their confidence and knowledge of the game.
Our coaches are available on a short or long term basis to suit your requirements and will use a variety of fun sport related
exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility and fitness and will be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
We will apply key skills to suit the development of the children in a variety of sports, focussing and encouraging teamwork, listening skills,
spatial awareness as well as general fitness all through interactive games, activities and exercises.

Speed). These sessions are suitable for many different school sports.
School Team Coaching
We offer school team coaching for all year groups which include a weekly training session as well as attendance at games accompanying a teacher to give support and
advice.
Team Coaching
Team coaching will take place at your regular training ground and times.Training can simply be a break in the monotony of your normal training
routine or purposely designed to meet a particular requirement or predetermined weakness. Sessions can be booked individually or in blocks of three to six weeks.
One to One Coaching
One to one coaching with your child can serve a particular purpose, or be used to follow a developmental curriculum. We can work
on the players individual technique, touch, strength, fitness or speed dedicating our time solely to the development of the individual.
Player / Match Analysis
Player and match analysis can be used as a tool to identify areas of development prior to embarking on a course of team or one to one coaching, for use in
identifying potential opponents strengths and weaknesses or simply to use within the players current club or team. The coach will attend three games for team analysis and two games for player
analysis and a written report will be prepared for the manager or parent.
